Ideally, we look for a candidates with these experiences:

Internal or external consulting experience: +5 years of experience from the manufacturing industry or a consultancy organisation working within supply chain or operations.

Experience in order flow and process optimization: You are experienced in operating in the intersection between sales, operations and finance.

Hands on project management skills: E.g. order handling, purchasing, warehousing, factory networks.

SO&P/SOFP processes: Understanding and knowledge of how the interaction between Sales, operations and planning works. We expect you to have the competences and experience of seeing the bigger picture and being able to split it into minor steps.

Solid IT skills: This includes experience with ERP systems and planning, data retrieving and data handling.

Top level communication skills: Experience with high quality visual presentation and oral communication in both English and Danish.
